Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SaaSsee LLC ("Virtual Staiging," "we," "us") for using virtualstaiging.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Virtual Staiging uses artificial intelligence to add furniture and decor to photos of rooms ("virtual staging") and suggests similar products you can buy. Results are generated by AI and vary. We work to keep each room's walls, windows, doors and floors unchanged, but we can't guarantee every image will be accurate or free of visual errors. Always review an image before you use it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can open it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy credits or plans. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits

• One credit stages one uploaded photo and produces four versions.
• For each photo, your first "Stage 4 more" is free. Further sets for the same photo use another credit.
• If a version fails to generate, you can retry it at no extra cost.
• New accounts receive 2 free credits. Images made with free credits carry a watermark, which you may not remove or crop out.
• Credits are used in this order: monthly plan credits, then purchased credits, then free credits.
• Purchased credits (single photos and packs) do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and end if your account is deleted.

4. Plans and payments

• Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly plans (Realtor Pro and Realtor Team) renew automatically each month and charge your saved payment method until you cancel. Each month adds that plan's photo credits.
• Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's worth. Older unused plan credits expire.
• You can cancel, switch plans or update your card at any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). When you cancel, you keep your remaining plan credits, and no further charges are made.
• We may change prices. Changes won't affect a billing period you've already paid for, and we'll tell subscribers before a price change applies to them.

5. Refunds

• Credit packs and single photos: if you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
• Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We don't give partial refunds for a month already started, unless the law requires it.
• Problems on our side: if the Service fails and you lose credits as a result, contact us and we'll restore the credits or refund you.

6. Your photos and the images we create

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send them to our service providers only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your photos to advertise the Service without your permission.

You may use staged images you create for any lawful purpose, including real estate listings, marketing and social media. Because staged images are made by AI, they may not be eligible for copyright protection, and similar images may be created for others.

Uploaded photos and staged images are deleted automatically about 30 days after they're created, so download anything you want to keep.

7. Using virtual staging honestly

Virtually staged images show how a space could look. They are not photos of the property as it is. When you use them in a real estate listing or advertisement:

• You are responsible for following the laws, MLS rules and advertising standards that apply to you, including any requirement to label images as virtually staged.
• Clearly disclose that the images are virtually staged.
• Don't use virtual staging to hide or misrepresent a property's condition, size, features or defects.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you don't own or don't have permission to use.
• Upload photos of people, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise harmful.
• Use the Service to deceive, defraud or infringe anyone's rights.
• Remove watermarks from free images.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around limits or security in the Service, or access it with automated tools.
• Resell the Service itself without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for a reason other than a violation, we'll refund unused purchased credits.

9. Shopping links

Shopping suggestions link to similar products on Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Suggested products are similar to, not exact matches of, the items in staged images. Purchases are between you and Amazon or its sellers, and we're not responsible for products, prices, availability or delivery.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that staged images will help sell or rent any property.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from photos you upload, how you use staged images (including in listings), or your violation of these terms or the law.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive after your account ends.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify account holders by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
